Yavneh
parents are vital to the life of the school. The Yavneh learning
experience is complete for our children only if our parents are
active participants in a wide variety of school programs. Yavneh
respects and embraces diversity and enables everyone connected to
Judaism to feel at home in our school.
We welcome children of interfaith marriages and
provide opportunities for non-Jewish parents to learn about and
understand the practices their children are learning in school.
Our students come from all Jewish denominations
including Orthodox, Conservative and Reform, and we blend the unifying
practices of each. We extend the same warm welcome to families who
are not affiliated with a synagogue.
The Parent Teacher Organization
offers countless ways for parents to volunteer and become involved
with the school and provides enriching opportunities for children
and their parents.
